The focus is on practical strategies: from working student programs and internal training pathways to new approaches for skilled technical professions—a sector currently in high demand. Another key area is successful engagement with apprentices: What does the younger generation need to feel comfortable, grow, and stay long-term? This session explicitly encourages exchange: experiences will be shared, ideas discussed, and successful concepts highlighted—fostering strong, future-ready talent development in the industry.
