What is the current state of the collection system’s quality, how can it be improved, and, above all, how can its long-term sustainability be ensured? To address these issues, comprehensive consumer education provided by the dual systems—in collaboration with local governments and private waste management companies—should be further developed to meet the new challenges of the circular economy.
