  • On the current situation and the overarching demands of the mechanical and plant engineering industry: Verena Thies, VDMA Vice President and Managing Director of Thies GmbH & Co. KG,
  • For water and wastewater technology: Dr.-Ing. Marcus Höfken, Chairman of the VDMA specialist department and CEO of INVENT Umwelt- und Verfahrenstechnik GmbH,
  • For waste and recycling technology: Michael Ludden, Chairman of the VDMA Association and Managing Director of Sutco RecyclingTechnik GmbH.

Moderated by Richard Clemens, Managing Director of VDMA Process Plant and Equipment, the discussion will focus on the key bottlenecks, from framework conditions and approvals to investment security, and on the question of what is needed to ensure that environmental technology "Made in Germany" remains internationally competitive.
