Membrane electrolysis is the primary focus in the production of green hydrogen. Often, only the aspect of energy availability is considered. However, the production of highly purified water for electrolysis is equally essential. Depending on the available water resources, different treatment methods are employed. This presentation will examine the associated challenges in water purification.
