Moderator Isa Mönnig speaks with Christiane Wolff, communications expert, author, and active networker, and Christine Mesek, head of the AZV Südholstein association and engaged VKU member, about how they approach networking and how they leverage their networks concretely for careers, projects, and change. Drawing on the experiences of 3,500 members and numerous formats of the ZFK Women’s Network, the discussion illustrates how contacts can turn into genuine allies and levers for transformation.
