Julia is Project Manager at Hydrogen Europe Research, a European association representing more than 150 research centres and universities doing research in the hydrogen sector. She works on the topic of skills development for the hydrogen sector. Through various projects, initiatives, and fora, she aims at identifying the skills required for the development of hydrogen technologies, and solutions for adapting initial and continuing training to the new demands of industry.  In her position, she works with European research organisations developing the next generations of hydrogen technologies but also responsible to transfer their skills and knowledge to an industrial sector in great expansion.
