Sabine leads the team "International Energy Concepts" at NOW GmbH, dedicated to supporting the development of decentralised energy projects that make use of hydrogen and fuel cell technologies as part of the German Ministry for the Environment's programme "Export Initiative Environmental Protection". Her background is in life cycle assessment of bio-based and recycled carbon fuels and chemicals, as well as energy systems analysis and techno-economic assessments at E4tech (now ERM). She has also led the implementation of a bioenergy project in Serbia and lived and worked in Colombia, the UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands. She holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from Imperial College London and a BSc in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics.
