Osama Abu Rumman, 45 years old, is an expert in 22 solid waste management and recycling projects in Jordan and focal point of MBT project and a consultant with international organizations in the solid waste management sector, in addition to working for more than 17 years in the Greater Amman Municipality in the environment sector, recycling, drawing waste loading vehicle routes, and developing national programs with the Ministry of Environment to prepare national plans with the Ministry of Environment and the private sector and also with GIZ, USAID also prepares a strategy for the application of recycling with the commercial sector and participates in the preparation of costs for waste management in Amman and also works as a community liaison officer for EBRD projects in Jordan to establish a stakeholder plan and also works on preparing reports and benchmarks for waste collection at the regional level, preparing a strategic guide for awareness and recycling, planning and designing guidelines for solid waste management, analyzing the role of awareness campaigns on changing behaviors, evaluating and following up environmental projects at the level of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and East Asia and Shark Engineer Osama training and raising the capabilities of employees as a trainer at the Institute of Public Administration and the international organizations and winner of the Government Leaders Award at the level of Jordan Supervising the preparation and implementation of studies measuring the satisfaction of the concerned groups, submitting the results to the concerned parties, and directing the concerned departments to take the necessary action in this regard.
