I have a degree in geography and initially worked for several years compiling aeronautical navigation charts with a GIS. After that I worked as a freelance journalist, mainly for WDR (West German Broadcasting), where I produced reports on scientific topics amongst others. For several years I worked in the communications department of the German Aerospace Centre DLR). Since 2019 I have been working as a consultant and communication and knowledge manager at GIZ.
