Civil engineer, graduated 1984, since 38 years working in the Bavarian water administration as a civil servant. Thereof 24 years at a regional state office for water management with responsible on more or less each water management topic. Head of the so called foreign office of the Bavarian water administration (Technology Transfer Water Network – TTW).
