A graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech, Benoît has built a robust career over more than two decades, combining technical expertise with commercial leadership.

Before joining ANDRITZ, he spent seventeen years at Alfa Laval, where he held several key managerial roles. He led activities in Environment, Energy, Process Industry, Service Industry, and later Water & Waste, covering France, North Africa, and global markets.

During this period, he supported major transformations across the sector, from energy transition and process optimization to sustainable water and resource management.

He also served as Commercial Development Director at KWI France, a notable player in water treatment technologies.

With deep expertise in sales leadership, customer relations, strategic development, and environmental innovation, Benoît Pouvesle stands as a committed figure in the industrial sustainability landscape.

Today, he leverages this experience to advance practical solutions for a global challenge: optimizing water management, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing the resilience of municipal and industrial infrastructures.
