As Head of Sales Europe for the Metal Recycling Division at STEINERT GmbH, he is responsible for the strategic market development of STEINERT’s metal recycling solutions across Europe. His focus lies on sensor-based sorting technologies and advanced solutions for non-ferrous metal recovery.

Throughout his career, Martin Weiss has combined technical expertise with commercial leadership – from R&D and the development of an XRF-based sorting solution to global sales and serving as CEO of a U.S. subsidiary. This unique combination of technical expertise and strategic market understanding allows him to bridge technology and market needs, supporting recyclers in building efficient and future-proof processing solutions.
