Mrs. Näsilä is an experienced project manager in recycling and waste management and has worked with a broad range of waste management related topics, such as waste sorting, plastics recycling, textiles recycling and Waste-to-Energy projects in several European countries. She has experience in leading versatile types of projects: concept and feasibility studies, pre-engineering, construction, installation and commissioning projects. Her former roles as investment project manager and operation manager of plastics recycling and municipal solid waste treatment plants has given her practical experience in waste treatment plants, operations and business.
