Ulrike Franzke has over 30 years of professional experience in the water management sector.
At Berliner Wasser Betriebe (BWB), she held various leadership positions overseeing up to 1,200 employees and was most recently responsible for the Strategy and Corporate Development division.
Since July 1, 2021, she has served as sole member of the executive board, overseeing the operations of the City of Cologne’s Public Sewerage Works (StEB Köln). As a public-law institution, StEB Köln is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Cologne.
