Marion Laurentius has a Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering. Her passion is to empower Sustainability by using innovative technologies.

Since 2013, she worked in various roles focusing on Circular Economy and sustainable product design, including positions at a medium-sized mechanical engineering company and more than five years in a leading position at a major automotive supplier. In her current role as Senior Manager of Environmental Policy & Sustainability, she represents the interests of the German Electro and Digital Industry (ZVEI e.V.) at the intersection of sustainability, technology and digital policy.

Her core competencies and main interests: Product-related environmental protection, circular product design, use of (plastic) recyclates in the electrical and digital industry, Digital Product Passport, Sustainability & AI

Since 2025, she is a mentor for the iniative ProCareer.MINT, a regional collaborative project of universities supporting female students of STEM (MINT) fields.
