Nachdem Studium der Geologie arbeitete er seit 2010 bei der E.ON Gas Storage in verschiedenen technischen Funktionen. Seit 2020 ist er Leiter des Forschungsprojektes zur Speicherung von Wasserstoff im Porenspeicher HyStorage und führt seit 2025 das Team Sustainability.
