The amendment to the German Commercial Waste Ordinance is being delayed. But speed is essential: The largely untapped raw material potential of the valuable material stream from the commercial sector must be utilized for the circular economy. Recycled raw materials are of strategic importance, not least for a more resilient production location in Germany.
