Jens Loschwitz ist Geschäftsführer des BDE Bundesverband der Deutschen Entsorgungs-, Wasser- und Kreislaufwirtschaft e.V.. Zu seinem Aufgabengebiet gehört neben dem Umweltrecht und der Klima- und Energiepolitik u.a. auch das Arbeitsrecht. Er war zuvor mehrere Jahre als Rechtsanwalt einer Wirtschaftskanzlei tätig und verfügt über langjährige Erfahrung im bundespolitischen Umfeld.
