Britta Bookhagen holds a master in geology and a PhD in geochemistry. She has been working as scientific coordinator for the German Natural Resources Agency (DERA) in the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR) since 2015. Her technical expertise lies in metallic elements for electronic devices and their recycling. Sind 2021 she has been head of the new unit secondary raw materials at DERA.
