Leonhard Teichert is Program Lead at CIRCULAR REPUBLIC, the circular economy initiative of UnternehmerTUM. He designs and leads leadership and transformation programs that help organizations embed circular business models, strategic innovation, and resource resilience. He co-authored the Circular Economy Start-up Landscape, a data-driven analysis of European circular start-ups. Leo began his work in circularity at Systemiq. Previously, he worked in AI development and complexity modeling, leading a multidisciplinary team at Cognostics to build recommender systems.
