Nick Tewes, founder and managing director of joinTransition gGmbH, began his career as a newspaper and television journalist while studying political science in Bonn and Munich. He gained experience in communications at BMW AG and Philip Morris before establishing and leading the Social Communications and then Corporate Affairs departments at Allianz SE. Starting in 2017, he advised companies, GOUs, foundations, GOs, and NGOs through spaceship-institute.com. Since 2024, he has focused on the transition in and through municipalities.
