Wojciech leads and coordinates complex urban climate and infrastructure initiatives at European level, drawing on over 25 years of experience across development banking, corporate banking and advisory work. Has played a central role in the EU Cities Climate Mission, overseeing the review of City Investment and Climate Neutrality Plans and contributing to the structuring of associated advisory assignments and lending frameworks. Acts as coordinator of the Circular Cities Initiative (C3), supporting cities in integrating circular economy principles into investment planning and project pipelines. Works directly with the European Commission, city administrations and public utilities on the assessment of investment strategies, delivery capacity and individual investment projects. Brings deep expertise in municipal finance, public transport, circular economy and energy investments, combining rigorous financial appraisal with practical implementation experience.
