Acts as coordinator of the Circular Cities Initiative (C3), supporting cities in integrating circular economy principles into investment planning and project pipelines. Works directly with the European Commission, city administrations and public utilities on the assessment of investment strategies, delivery capacity and individual investment projects. Brings deep expertise in municipal finance, public transport, circular economy and energy investments, combining rigorous financial appraisal with practical implementation experience.
